[Notice] Dormitory Room Change Application

Dear students
The Student Affairs Division would like to announce in terms of the Dormitory Room Change Request Period to provide current students opportunity to live in better living condition before new students coming. This room change period is only for students who will NOT check out until September.
 
Students who wish to change their room should submit the form and must have a valid reason for requesting the room change. Please make sure that the form fully explains your specific reasons and situation, since the School’s approval will solely depend on your application form.
 
Please submit the form to Mr. Jeongwon Song(Room Number 243).
 
The submission should be directly made in person, not through email.

Application Period: July 18th (Mon) 10AM ~ July 21st (Thu) 6PM

Room Change Period: July 23rd (Sat) ~ July 24th (Sun)

 
Please take in consideration the guidelines below when you apply.
 
Things to remember:
1. For the room change, you must get the agreements from all the related students (current and prospective roommates) as shown in the attached form.
2. Please understand that submitting a proper form does not guarantee a room change as it could be extremely difficult to accommodate every request. For this reason, the School does not recommend applying for a change based on a personal preference or
    a life style difference.
3. Once you change the room, you are not allowed to change it again. Any room changes without school’s permission is strictly prohibited.
4. In case a student doesn’t have a roommate, getting agreements from related parties is not a prerequisite; the School will process the application should there be a vacancy.
5. In case of more than one student applying for the same room to change, those who submit the irapplication early will be given prior consideration.
6. Please check your email and the student board (KDIS Homepage-Students-Notice-Dormitory Notice) to avoid missing important information.
7. Room change application is restricted to students who will check out before September.
8. Before you check out, you should clean your room as you check in before.
9. You are NOT allowed to move into an empty room alone.
