Dear KDIS Dormitory Residents,

As you may have already known, KDI School has a scheduled routine cleaning period twice a year in order to maintain a clean and orderly dormitory environment. To ensure a cleaning process, we need your cooperation.

Please refer to the following details as below:

- Items to be cleaned: Overall floor and furniture in your room and communal area

 

- IMPORTANT Guidelines

   · All rooms will be entered and cleaned with a master key.

   · Put everything that is on your floor, desk and chair into your closet.

   · Put your bed cover, blanket and comforter into your closet. (Do NOT put anything on your bed as well as an empty bed next to your bed if you are living in a double room alone.)

   · Dispose garbages on your own.

   · Put your shoes away into the shoe closet.

   · A KDI School staff will accompany the cleaning staff during the cleaning period

   · Please note that KDI School will not be responsible in any case of loss or misplaced items during the cleaning work.
