March 15th, International Relations Forum hosted its first seminar with the topic of "Building a high-performing foreign ministry and enhancing diplomatic competence and performance ", conducted by Professor Kim, Byoung-Joo.

 Themed the seminar based on his prior experiences as a diplomat and policy counsellor, Professor Kim precisely focused on two major projects he constructed with the Korea government; ‘Integrated Performance Management System’ and ‘Competency Model System’ for Korean diplomats.These two programs were designed to enhance the performance of Korean diplomats and their capabilities. With the introduction of theory as well as the details of practice, Professor Kim  offer a stereoscopic image of these two programs.

A vibrant two hours on diplomacy ended with an engaged session of Q&A session and high expectations for the next seminar that International Relations Forum will put forth.
