Notice for CLUB Activity Report

 

 Greetings to all the 2015 club representatives at the KDI School. This is Minah Park from the Student Affairs Division. I would like to inform you that your Club Report should be submitted by the deadline given below.

 

☆ Deadline : August 13th (Thur) 17:30

 

Please follow direction specified below when you submit the club activity report.

 

1. Submission

: Please upload your club activity report on the “club board” on the KDI School website upon notice of Student Affairs Division, and bring the original copy directly to Ms. Minah Park (minah_park@kdischool.ac.kr) for the reimbursement procedure.

1) Reimbursement will take time so, when you leave South Korea before the reimbursement day (probably August 28), please get reimbursed from one of your club head or club members who will stay here either fall semester or longer than in advance before you leave and let the student affairs know the change.

 

2. Contents of Club Activity Report

: Please report activities of your club more in detail by containing the specific information listed below.

-Date, place, and title or the theme of the activity

- Total number of the participants for the each activity and the list of club members if there was any change

-Total amount of money spent for the activity and detail amount for items

-Photos that can prove your club activities

 

3. Receipts

: When submitting the Club Report please bring along all the original receipts for the proof of the reimbursement procedure. 1) The receipts should be in the same order as the events and please stick the receipts on A4 paper. (2 receipts per A4)

 

 

*When the club representative change is necessary, let the student affairs know in advance in order to continue the club in the next term.
** The valuation is based on the number of club activities and the total number of participants. 
***The top five (5) clubs will be rewarded with an additional 50% budget increase for the Fall semester. Selection will be subject to a club activity report review process.
