We would like to announce that the Student Club Representative Meeting has been scheduled for March 30th (Wed) at 16:00. Please refer to the information below.

The purpose of the meeting is not only to talk about how your club has been performing with club members, but also to give you some important information in terms of a club activity report. In addition, this meeting will provide an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the student club.

All club representatives are required to attend the meeting. If you are not available, one of the members in the club may participate instead of you.
