Dear 2016 Fall Student Club Representatives,

 

Greetings from the Student Affairs Division!

 

I would like to inform that your club activity report should be submitted by the deadline given below. Please follow the direction specified below when you submit the club activity report.

 

☆ Deadline: December 2nd(Fri) 18:00

 

 

1. Submission

  - Please upload your club activity report in the “Club Board” on the KDI School website.

    (https://www.kdischool.ac.kr/#/students/cc/community/notice) AND bring the original copy directly to Ms. Hayoung Lee (S247) for the reimbursement procedure.

 

 2. Contents of the Club Activity Report

  - Your club activity report MUST contain all activities of your club in detail with specific information listed below.

    · List of club members if there has been any change

    · Date, place, and title or theme of the activity

    · Total number of the participants for each activity

    · Total amount of money spent for the activity and detail amount for each activity

    · Pictures taken during the club activities

 

3. Receipts and Reimbursement

  - When submitting the report, please bring along all the original receipts for the proof of the reimbursement procedure.

  - The receipts should be in the same order as the events and please stick the receipts on A4 paper. (2 receipts per A4)

  - Please understand that reimbursement process will take some time(approximately 2 weeks).

  - Those of you who are graduating this semester, please kindly ask one of your club members, who will stay in Korea for longer period, so that you receive the money in advance AND we will reimburse him/her later on.

 

*When the club representative change is necessary, let me know in advance in order to continue the club in the next term.
