[Student Affairs/club] Application for Student club for 2017 Fall semester (9.11 ~ 9.15)

Dear KDIS Students,

Hello, all.

I am glad to inform you that the Student Club for 2017 Fall Semester is now available to CREATE!

Student clubs in KDI School aims to provide students with ample opportunities to affiliate with other students through various social, academic and/or athletic activities.

For this semester, maximum 5 clubs can be created. Every students are welcome to organize your own clubs and join the registered clubs! The new clubs which are successfully created will get the financial support from School for its activity.

For more details, please read the below;

 

  1. Process to create a club
  1. Download the club registration form on this notice or in the website(“Student” → “Official Form”)
  2. Fill out the Student Club Registration Form
  3. Fill out the Student Club Members Registration Form (It is included in the 2nd sheet of Registration form)
  4. Find a faculty advisor for your club and get his/her approval (Please note that the faculty can approve maximum 3 clubs)
  5. Submit the printed application form to Ms.Boeun Suong directly in Student Affairs Division
  6. Your application will be reviewed by Student Affairs with varied standards and the final result will be announced via email. 

 

  • Application Period : Sep.11th (Mon) ~ Sep.15th(Fri)

 

  1. Requirements to create a club

- A club should have more than 10 members including 1 faculty advisor

- It is recommended to have members of various backgrounds

- It is recommended that a club should arrange at least 3 main activities per semester

 

  1. Financial Support

- Each club’s activities will be covered within KRW 200,000

- The money will be given to each club representative at the end of semester after reviewing its activities

 

  1.  Requirements for Financial Support 

- The club representative should submit club activity report including financial details and “Original receipts”.

* Please read carefully the 'Club activity rules & regulation'

*If the original receipts are missed, it cannot be covered by the budget

* Hand written or delivery receipts are not acceptable

- A club should share all activity plans and results (pictures, reports etc.) not only with club members but with all school members by posting it on the “Club Board” of the KDI School website

- A club should open its activities to all school members to encourage participation of non-club members.

 

  1. How to join the club

- Student Affairs Division will announce the final list of Student Clubs for 2017 Fall Semester on the school website and bulletin board. If there are the clubs you want to join, you can contact to the club representatives which will be with the list.

 

         * Those clubs already registered on 2017 Summer semester have a priority for renewing its activities. There will be 5 extra seats for new clubs.
