This is the last chance to join KDI School Event!

 

We are pleased to announce that one of the biggest school events, Spring Hiking, will take place on April 11, Friday. This is the chance to enjoy spring the fullest; fresh air, new green leaves and flowers in full bloom will open out a breathtaking view before us.

All the KDI School members are cordially invited. On top of the exciting outdoor experience, hikers will also enjoy the following advantages:

- Light Lunch: Gimbap

- Korean Cuisine: Pajeon (Korean Pancake with green onions), Makgeolli (raw rice wine), etc.

- Special Gift: KDI School sweatshirt (*Only for attendees)

09:00-09:10 Departure (from KAIST main gate)

10:00-11:30 Hike to the summit

11:30-12:30 Casual lunch

12:30-14:00 Hike down

14:00-15:00 Gathering

15:00-16:00 Return to the school

 

To facilitate the preparation process, we need to know the number of participants. If you do not want to miss out on all the fun, please RSVP online by April 2(Wed) following the instructions below:

 

<How to Apply>

①Visit "www.kdischool.ac.kr"

②Log in using your ID and password

③Click "MIS"on the right hand side of KDI School Service menu

④In the menu bar on the left, click "Apply for Events"under the Training/Event"

⑤Click the "Query"button

⑥Click “KDI School Spring Hiking (Apr. 11)"

⑦Write down your shirt size (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL) in “Other Comments” and Click “Save” on the upper right hand side

⑧Application Period: Mar 27 (Thur.) ~ Apr 2 (Wed.)

 

 Also, we would like to inform you that the sweatshirt sizes are applied both for female and male students, which means that M, L, XL could be small for male students.

 For those of you who already applied for the event but didn''t choose your shirt size, please submit by Apr 2nd!!
