Greetings.

 

There will be ‘2014 United Nations Public Service Forum’, the world’s most prestigious international event in the field of public administration, was traditionally held at United Nations Headquarters in New York, will be held in Korea from Jun. 23 (Mon) to Jun 26(Thur) with the title of ‘Innovating Governance for Sustainable Development and Well-being of the People.’ All Ph.D. & Master students from the KDI School have been officially invited by the Ministry of Security and Public Administration(MOSPA), the host organization.

 

□ Event Brief Information

   ○ Date: Jun. 23^rd ？ 26^th

- official participation for KDIS students is for first 2 days(Jun. 23~24)

- Since the Summer 2^nd session will be begin, you may attend the rest of 2 days event according to your own schedule. Please check your timetable before signing up for the event since your absence from any of the classes will be NOT excused!

 

   ○ Venue: KINTEX, Ilsan Kyunggi Do

      - KDI School will provide transportation for both 2 event days

 (Monday and Tuesday).

○ Application Date: May 16^th(Fri.) ~ May 29^th (Thurs.)

     *In the homepage, the registration deadline is by June 10^th, however, this is deadline for “overseas delegation”

 

○ Method: Offline Registration

○ Process

- Download the Form

- Fill in the form and attach your photo

- Send it back to the official Agency e-mail: unpsforum@korea.kr 

- Confirmation letter will be sent to the registered email within a week after the

registration and if not to receive, please contact the secretariat.

- Official tours are only for delegates from overseas. (don’t have to register)

 ○ The Lunch will be provided by the host.

○ Available only for confirmation letter of registration to participate in the forum.
