Please be informed that expected applicants for Leave of Absence, Extension of Leave of Absence, or Reinstatement for 2015 Fall Term are required to submit an application form within the period indicated below.

Application Form for Leave of Absence, Extension of Leave of Absence, or Reinstatement should be submitted at the KDI School MIS(Management Information System).

□ Submission Period: July 27(Mon.) ~ August 8(Sat.) 

□ Procedure

 - Visit KDI School website (http://www.kdischool.ac.kr)

 - Login in the website

 - Click “MIS” on the KDI School Service Menu

 - Submit Application Form

   (Please refer to the manual for application for registration status change as attached)

※ Notice:

1. Maximum duration of Leave of Absence : 3 terms in total

2. Students returning from a Leave of Absence must complete Reinstatement procedures.

3. Students wishing to extend their Leave of Absence must submit an application for Extension of Leave of Absence.

4. Students who do not return to the School following their Leave of Absence, but have not applied for a Leave of Absence extension, shall be withdrawn from the School automatically, in accordance with School Regulations.

5. Students are not allowed to take a leave of absence in their first semester

※ Notice for Korean male students:

Training for Reserve Forces cannot be deferred during the Leave of Absence. Please make sure to report the change of academic status to your military unit when you apply for the Leave of Absence. Please note that failure to report within 2 weeks of the change may subject you to a fine of up to KRW 2,000,000 or detention.
