Dear Students,

 

Newly-hired Dormitory Assistants(*3 male DAs, 2 Female DAs, subject to change)  will be working in August after selected. If you are interested, please complete and send the attached application form to Ms. Minah Park (minah_park@kdischool.ac.kr) by Friday July 17th 

 

Note : Students not staying for the summer vacation should not apply for the DA position.

The DA period will be from the summer vacation to the end of Fall Semester 2015.

 

BENEFIT

Full dormitory fee (double room) will be supported by the School as a scholarship while you are working as a DA.  

 

PRIMARY TASKS

1.      Help with various tasks related to check-in and check-out

2.      Post announcements and notices concerning rules and regulations of the dormitory

3.      Ensure facilities in the dormitory are well maintained and kept clean (lounge, kitchen and other communal places).

4.      Inspect facilities, and create a weekly Report

5.      Encourage self-adherence to School regulations in case of violation of the dormitory regulations

6.      Address any complaints regarding the dormitory life, acting as a liaison with the School

7.      Deal with emergency cases (hospitalization)

8.      Organize and manage the student council for dormitory residents

9.      Facilitate regular communication with students on their assigned floor

10.  Provide campus tours and dormitory orientation for new students

 

We are looking for positive and responsible students to apply for our DA position to help build an interactive and communal residential community for KDI School students.

기숙사 생활조교 추가선발에 대해 아래와 같이 안내하오니 관심 있는 분들의 지원을 바랍니다.

 

기숙사 생활조교는 학기 별로 선발하며, 기숙사별로 사전 입실하여 국제학생들의 입실과 상시 생활적응을 도와주고, 기숙사 관리의 역할을 수행하게 됩니다. 조교로 선발되면, 2인 1실 기숙사비의 전액을 감면하는 장학혜택을 드립니다. 아래의 내용을 참조하시어 기숙사 조교를 원하시는 분은7월17일(금요일)까지 신청하시기 바랍니다. 기숙사 생활조교 선발은 심사를 통해 이뤄지며, 최종선발결과는 이번 주 내로 발표될 예정입니다.
