NYPI-KDIS Non-Summit Meeting

 

With the advent of May, ‘The Month of Youth’, we wish to host a collaborative seminar with the NYPI (National Youth Policy Institute). As such, we are looking for students interested in sharing their thoughts on ‘Youth Life Quality across the Globe’in the Korean language.

 

Event Description:

- NYPI-KDIS Non-Summit Meeting (05/28/2015, 14:00~15:30)

- Topic: Youth Life Quality across the Globe

- Students from diverse international backgrounds discuss given topic freely

- 8 International students of the KDIS will be representatives of their own country

- 2 Korean students of the KDIS will be hosts for this event

- 2 students outside the KDIS will attend as Representatives of Korea

- The event is held fully in Korean

 

Recruiting:

8 International Students (Speakers), 2 Korean students (Hosts)

 

   

Requirements:

International Students:

High Proficiency in Korean (Speaking and Listening especially)

 

Korean Students:

High interests in the topic on hand

Facilitation/Hosting skills

Please send a Statement of Purpose (1 page) centered on your Korean skills and a short paragraph on the topic of Youth Life Quality in your own country. (English or Korean)

 

Korean Students:

Please send a Statement of Purpose (1 page) centered on activities related to hosting events/etc and a short paragraph on the topic of Youth Life Quality. (Please write in Korean)

 

Application Deadline:    Wednesday, April 22th, 2015

 

Those who make it to the second round will be contacted to set up interviews.
