[NOTICE] Guest Room Reservation (on campus dormitory)

 

Dear KDIS Students,

The KDI School temporarily offers Guest Rooms to students living off campus temporarily during summer semester.

Students have the priority to use the rooms, and they will be offered to their family members only when they’re available.

As only a few rooms are available, room reservation will be made on a first come, first served basis through email.

Please keep in mind that reservations should be made on a weekly basis. Payment should be remitted to the bank account as below for confirmation.

■    Guest Room Policy

-       Use of the guest rooms is on a first-come, first-served basis.

-       Each student may submit a request for one reservation per week.

-       In accordance with our guest policy, Guest Rooms may not be utilized for more than three consecutive days in a seven-day period.

-       No deposit is necessary. However, if the visitor card is not returned on time or lost, 20,000KRW will be assessed to the host student’s account or, the commuter student using the guest room.

-       Check out of my room by 12:00 PM

-      Any damage to the room or building will incur a fee, which will appear on final bill
