Notification of scheduled Qualtrics maintenance

We are writing to give you, as a Qualtrics Brand Admin for your organization, notification of a scheduled maintenance outage on Friday, November 20th from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am on Saturday, November 21st (KST).
 
How will the scheduled maintenance benefit you?
We are transitioning to a new data center in order to maintain the high level of system speed and reliability that Qualtrics strives to consistently deliver. The new data center is compliant with all of our existing security requirements and protocols.
 
How does this affect you?
During the scheduled maintenance, you will not be able to log in to your account. However, active surveys will continue to collect responses and will not be affected by the migration. In addition, any scheduled distributions will be paused. If a distribution was scheduled to be sent during the migration it will instead send as soon as the migration is complete. Once the migration is complete, nothing will change in terms of how you log into the control panel or manage surveys.
