Dear All KDI School Students!

 

The 2015 KDI School commencement ceremony will be held on Dec. 18(Fri.) 2015 at 10:00am. Those who are expected to graduate as well as those who are expected to complete their course requirements should attend the ceremony. This is the final event taking place at the school, and therefore a meaningful chance to create another lasting memory before you leave. We hope you will come and join the event.

1. RSVP for the KDI School commencement by Dec. 9(Wed.)

▣ How to apply
    Those who will attend the commencement, please refer to the information below.

 

 

① Visit "www.kdischool.ac.kr"   ② Log in using your ID and password   ③ Click the “MIS” on the right hand side of KDI School Service menu.   ④ In the menu bar on the left, click “Apply for Events” under the “Training/Event”   ⑤ Click the “Query” button.   ⑥ Click the “2015 COMMENCEMENT"       **** Write down the number of guests you will bring to the ceremony in “Other Comments”   ⑦ Click “Save”   ⑧ Application Period: Dec. 3(Thurs.)~Dec. 9(Wed.)   * Please be informed that some of the students will attend the ceremony under the status of coursework completion, not as graduating students. For official graduation, you must meet the school’s graduation requirement.

 

 

2. Graduation Cap and Gown Pickups
Graduating Students must be seated in the KDI Main Conference Room by 09:40am on the commencement day. Therefore it is highly recommended to borrow a graduation cap and a gown one day before the event.

 

 

o Who : All who receive a certificate must wear graduation cap and gown   o When : Pickups are available on Dec. 16(Wed.) ~ Dec. 18(Fri.), from 9:00am to 5:00pm   o Where : Room S307   o How : Students must deposit ￦20,000, which will be refunded upon return

After the ceremony, you must return the graduation cap and gown to Room S307 by Dec. 18(Fri.), 5:00pm in order to get your deposit back.

 

 

3. Certificate of graduation diplomas

Please take note that students who are conferred a degree will not find the graduation certificate inside their certificate case, but a message that reads as follows:

 

o Students who are graduating can pick up their certificate upon the return of their gown.   o Students who are expected to graduate in Jan. 2016 will receive their certificate via mail after Jan. of 2016, upon successful completion of graduation requirements.

Those who live overseas and will be unable to attend the ceremony may receive their certificate via regular mail upon request, by contacting academic affairs division.
