Be a buddy!

Did you miss the chance to apply for the buddy program this semester?
Midterm exams are over now! Do you want to make unforgettable memories with your buddy?

Now, the Student Affairs Division is once again receiving applications for those of you who didn’t get to apply for the buddy program somehow.
If you would like to do so, please e-mail us(hy_lee@kdischool.ac.kr) or visit our office(S247). Please refer to the detailed information below.

What’s the Buddy Program?
The Buddy Program pairs international students with Korean students on a one-to-one basis based on your interests, personality types, etc.

Through this exchange, we hope to allow international students the opportunity not only to receive guidance and support in adjusting to Korean community but also to build up a relationship with Korean friends. It will also provide a mutually beneficial experience for Korean students in acquainted with different cultures and enhancing their communication skills.

* NOTE
●  Student Affairs Division will match you with a buddy according to your preferences.
●  If there aren’t enough participants, you may be matched with more than two buddies.
● KDI School will reimburse your buddy team for the expenses incurred during the buddy meetings at the maximum amount of KRW 20,000 PER TEAM.
● In order to get reimbursed, the representative of each buddy team has to submit a buddy report with photo and “original receipts” attached by the end of the semester.
   (We will notify you via e-mail.)
● Since the buddy program will be open throughout the year, contact us anytime if you would like to apply for the program.
