Application for Graduation Eligibility Review of 2016 Summer Semester

Dear Students,
Greetings from the KDI School,
My name Hakbae Lee, and I am in charge of the graduation-related matters at the KDI School.
Please be informed that those who have completed all their graduation requirements by this semester are required to apply for the Graduation Eligibility Review.
This is a core requirement for graduation, so, you have to apply within the application period.
1. Application Period: June 7th (Tue.) ~ July 1st (Fri.)
2. How to Apply (please refer to the file attached)
1) Go to the KDI School MIS System (mis.kdischool.ac.kr)
2) Login using your Student Number as your ID
3) Click “Service” on the left
4) Click the “Graduation” button
5) Click the "Apply for Graduation" button
6) Click the “Apply” button in the center
3. Graduation Eligibility: Students must have fulfilled the following requirements, in order to be eligible for graduation
1) Completed at least 39 regular course credits, including core courses
2) Satisfied one of the conditions below during the last semester of their second year of study
- Taken ARS + thesis
- Taken ARS + Capstone
- Taken one lecture course + SRP
- GMP Students: 45 Credits + ELP
3) Other Requirements: Language
- Completed English courses, or granted a waiver
- Completed Korean course and the Culture I course, or granted a waiver (International Students Only)
4. Eligibility Review Result: We will inform the students who apply for the graduation eligibility review, via E-mail around the beginning of August.
- Graduation Date: August 31st, 2016.
* You can request for your certificate of graduation after the graduation date and receive it by postal service or pick-up service.
- Commencement: December 9th, 2016.
* You can receive your diploma after the ceremony, without any request.
* Note
- Please be informed that 2015 Fall and 2016 students are not eligible.
- Students, who are taking courses in this semester, are not eligible.
- Students must have completed all the graduation requirements in the previous semester, for graduating, except with the Thesis, Capstone, or SRP.
