If you would like to change your personal information in MIS (e.g. name, date of birth, etc.), please submit the application form along with a copy of passport by February 23^th . 

Please be advised that your certificate and diploma will be generated based on the information in MIS.

Any submission of documents after the deadline will not be accepted.
