2019 has just begun. Happy New Year!

 

One of the new year's resolutions is probably to control your weight. Today I want to share some information about loosing your weight. Many people consider fat as a horrible enemy when loosing weight and try to avoid fat consumption. Is this true though?

Keep it in your mind that the real enemy is SUGAR. If you want to loose your weight, please reduce your sugar intake!
