I would like to inform you about the course add and drop period for the Spring Semester, 2019.

During the course add and drop period below, you can change your registered course(s). Please refer to the attached files for the course add and drop.

 

□ Course Add and Drop Period: February 11 (Mon.) 10:00 AM ~ 16 (Sat) 5:00 PM

※ KDI School will count attendance during the add and drop period.

※ Any request for course registration will not be accepted after the period specified above.

- If the language course reaches its maximum number of students and there is a waiting list, you should move to the other sections. If all sections are full and the waiting list remains, they are encouraged to take the course in the next semester.

 

□ Course Drop and Withdrawal Application Period

 

1. Course Drop Period: Feb. 18 (Mon.)~Mar.2 (Sat.)

 If you want to drop a course after the online course registration period, you need to submit the course drop application form via online. If it is approved, the course drop will not appear on the official transcript.

 

2. Course Withdrawal Period: Mar. 4 (Mon.)~Mar.23 (Sat.)

If you want to withdraw a course after the course drop period, you need to submit the course withdrawal application form via online. If it is approved, a “W” will appear on the official transcript. However, it will not affect the GPA. Please refer to the attached “Course Withdrawal Manual”.
