Dear International Students,

 

 

For your safety and the immigration status, it is strongly recommended that you get prior permission from the school if you are planning to go abroad during the winter vacation.

 

Leaving Korea during the winter vacation is allowed only if a student submits a request form and receives approval in advance.

 

Please refer to the temporary leave request guidelines and the attached regulations.

 

▶ Winter Vacation: December 6 (Friday) ~ February 9 (Sunday) ◀ You may leave after your finals if you finish your finals.   ▶ APPLICATION DEADLINE:  November 12 (Tuesday) ~ November 22 (Friday)◀

List of documents to be uploaded onto the MIS system: 1. Round trip E-ticket 2. Certificate of Insurance (only for those who plan to visit a 3rd country other than their home country) 3. NIIED Application Form (only for NIIED Scholars; an advisor’s signature is needed)

 

 

Also, please note that your Alien Card will count as a multiple VISA. So, if you have an Alien Card with enough expiration periods, you do not need to get the multiple VISA. Please remember that you must bring your Alien Card when you leave Korea.

 

All students must return to Korea before the first day of the Spring Semester (February 10).
