This is to share World Bank’s recently released report titled A Review of the Philippine Qualifications Framework : Towards Improved Skills Recognition and Mobility. This report, supported by KDI School, aims to assess various aspects of the Philippine Qualification Framework. The report consists of a brief country background of the Philippines to put the discussions into context, findings from the PQF review concerning the PQF’s design, implementation, and utilization, and policy recommendations conclusion.
