[Dormitory residents only] DORMITORY Disinfection schedule and important guidelines (Feb. 29)

Dear Dormitory Residents,

 

As part of our continuing efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and influenza, a disinfection has been scheduled for the KDI School building and the dormitory.

The details of the disinfection schedule are given below:

 *Although disinfection will be conducted based on the schedule above, it is subject to change under certain circumstances.

 

□ Method: Spraying of the disinfectant on the inside and outside (aisles) of the building

 

★★ IMPORTANT GUIDELINES ★★

 

-  Please do NOT stay in the dormitory from 12:30 to 15:00 on February 29(Sat).

▶ [101 building] 12:30 PM ~ 14:30 PM

[102 building] 13:00 PM ~ 15:00 PM

-  To proceed with the disinfection smoothly, we request all the residents to cooperate during the

  disinfection period. Please read the information below.

     ▶ As each room will be entered with a master key during the disinfection work, all residents MUST

 leave your room and move out of the dormitory building BEFORE the disinfection starts.

     ▶ The disinfectant is harmless to the human body. Nonetheless, please do not put tableware,

 silverware, or food and set aside your personal belongings where they might be exposed to the

disinfectant.

     ▶ KDI School will not be responsible for in any case of loss or damage to your items.

 

We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding this preventive action that has been scheduled. Thank you.
