Dear KDIS students,

I understand that you are worried about the rapid spread of COVID-19. The school has been making every effort to ensure the safety of our campus, and I am sure that it is one of the safest place in Korea as long as external contacts are minimized.

However, given the worsening crisis in the country and the rising apprehension among the members of the school community, the school decided to cancel all classes for a week and then transition to on-line classes via live streaming or other non-contact methods.

It is of utmost importance to remain calm and react rationally based on correct information and sound science in times of crisis. The school has been following this policy in addition to adhering to the guidelines by the Ministry of Education. It will share all relevant information so that any misinformation or groundless rumors may not provoke unnecessary stresses, and also provide counselling services to those who are overly stressed.

May you all have the strength to overcome the current crisis!
