Dear Students,

As you well know, classes will resume this Wednesday on March 4th. To prevent the further outbreak of COVID-19, the school has decided to live stream all lectures to allow students to participate in the lectures. It will involve live online lectures offered through Zoom(a real-time online conference solution) without any direct contact with the students.

The students will NOT be able to participate in the offline classes. Instead, students MUST participate in the lecture by joining the live streaming in real-time during their actual class time - for instance, if you are taking ‘Introduction to Research Methods’ on Wednesday from 2:30~4:10, you must join the online lectures on Wednesday from 2:30~4:10. (The CA will record attendance in real-time)

The school has adopted Zoom software solution to provide live streaming lecture services to professors and students. Attached is a step-by-step guide for starting and using Zoom. Please refer to the attached manual.

For now, we plan to stream lectures for TWO weeks, after which we will reassess the situation and determine whether to extend it. If you have any questions regarding the live streaming lectures, please contact Ms. Boyoung Kim(by_kim@kdischool.ac.kr).

* We recommend using Zoom on a laptop or desktop, but if you are planning on using Zoom on a mobile phone, please note that you access Zoom through e-Education. (The overall process of using Zoom on mobile is almost the same as on laptop or desktop. Please refer to the attached manual)
