[NOTICE] Application for COVID-19 testing following visit to Itaewon

Dear KDIS Students, 

 

Considering an administrative order from Sejong City in response to COVID-19 and after discussion with the Sejong Health Center, the KDI School has decided that students who visited Itaewon between April 29 (Wed) and May 6 (Wed) are required to take the COVID-19 test regardless of visiting a bar or club. We ask for your honest and sincere cooperation with this preemptive action to ensure the prolonged safety of the KDIS community.

 

Please refer to the following detailed information as below. 

 

 ■ Expected test date & time: May 14 (Thu), 9:30 AM ~   *The bus will depart at 9:30 AM

    ※ Class absence due to the test will be excused. And the test will be taken for free.

  ■ Test Location: COVID-19 Screening Center at Sejong Health Center located in Jochiwon

    ※ Round-trip bus transportation will be provided by the school. (Approximately 30 min one way)

  ■ Eligible students

   1) Students who visited any clubs or bars in Itaewon during the period mentioned above (Mandatory)

      * Bar and clubs connected with reported infections are King, Queen, Him, Soho, Trunk, Made

   2) Students who visited Itaewon but not clubs or bars

   3) Students who show symptoms such as fever, cough, or other respiratory symptoms

   4) Students with no symptoms and no history of visiting to Itaewon, but who wish to get tested (not eligible by default, but may be able to get tested after discussion with Sejong Health Center)

  ※ Application period: until May 13(Wed) 12:00 PM

 

 

Even if you have already informed the Student Affairs Division about your visit to Itaewon, you should still complete the Google Survey form above if you want to get tested. Please note that all personal information will be kept strictly confidential.
