1. Eligibility

• The person over 18 years old can register for the booster shot three months after the 2nd vaccination.

• The person who got the Janssen vaccine can register for the booster shot two months after. 

 

2. Venue

COVID-19 hospitals, vaccination centers, and consigned medical institution of choice in Sejong City (Find the list at KDCA website.)

*” Sodam-dong(소담동)” is the closest neighborhood name to KDI School.

 

3. How to Register? 

<Option 1: Self-Registration>

- Korean Phone number in your name is required)

- Visit the KDCA website (http://ncvr.kdca.go.kr)

- If you keep failing to register, visit the Student Affairs Division between 10:00 and 11:30 or 13:00 and 15:00 on the weekdays.

<Option 2: Proxy-Registration by Student Affairs Division>

-Korean Phone number in your name is not required)

-Visit the Student Affairs Division between 10:00 and 11:30 or 13:00 and 15:00 on the weekdays

<Option 3: Reservation for the remaining vaccines by Student Affaris Divison>

-Korean Phone number in your name is required.

- Naver or Kakao account is required.

- Visit the Student Affairs Division between 10:00 and 11:30 or 13:00 and 15:00 on the weekdays

-If you want to make a reservation on the day, ask AA to reserve the remaining vaccine through Naver or Kakao.

4. Confirmation of Registration

-Reservation confirmation will be sent via the method you choose, such as text message or Kakaotalk.

 

5. IMPORTANT NOTE

 *Please refer to the attached file <Register or Regenerate your vaccination history> for more details.

- If you are vaccinated abroad, you need to visit the Sejong Health Center to register your overseas vaccination history. 

- If you are vaccinated in Korea with a temporary registration number due to a delay in the issuance of ARC, you need to renew your vaccination history at Sejong Health Center.
