[2024 Fall] ACRC & Digital Government Exhibit Hall Field Trip (Nov.15th)

Dear KDI School Students,

We are pleased to announce that our last field trip for the 2024 Fall semester will be to the 1) Digital Government Exhibit Hall and 2) Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission (ACRC), both located in Sejong.

At the Digital Government Exhibit Hall, you will gain insights into the development process of Korea's digital government and its various outstanding services, including examples of best practices and solutions from leading domestic digital government companies. Visiting the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission(ACRC), which is located in the Sejong Government Complex, will provide a valuable opportunity to deepen your understanding of Korea’s advanced anti-corruption policies and systems and to strengthen integrity competencies as public officials in your respective countries.

- Date & Time: November. 15th(Fri.), 09:30 – 16:00

- Venue: 1) Digital Government Exhibit Hall & 2) Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission(ACRC)

- Participants: Up to 25 students* 

 * Up to 2-3 students for each country will be allowed to participate in the field trip and certain ratios will be provided to the new students to ensure an equal share of the limited seats for the field trip. (Therefore, your status on MIS is subject to change. We hope for your kind understanding on this matter)

 ** For those who have already attended previous field trips in 2024 Fall more than 2 times, their registration priority can be adjusted depending on the circumstances.

- Participation fee: free of charge

- Remarks

1) A penalty fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged for no-show on the day

2) RSVP on MIS: Please write a comment on MIS if you have any food restrictions(halal, vegetarian, etc.)

- Application Date: Oct.29(Tue.) - Nov.6(Wed.) on MIS

* Cancellation must be made by Nov.6(Wed.)

1. Go to http://mis.kdischool.ac.kr/

2. Log in using your ID and password

3. Click Apply for Events on the left side, under Training/Event

4. Choose Field Trip for Event Type and click the Query button

5. Click on ‘[2024 Fall] ACRC & Digital Government Exhibit Hall Field Trip (Nov.15th)'

6. 1) Please write a comment if you have any dietary restrictions

2) Click the ‘Save’ button

7. To confirm your application, click on the Event Application Result under Training/Event
