International Relations Governance Summary of your project In developing countries, knowledge loss is a recurring challenge due to staff turnover and a lack of systematic documentation of best practices. This project seeks to develop a structured and practical approach to capturing and transferring knowledge regarding international cooperation within the El Salvador Cooperation Agency (ESCO). The initiative will introduce a standardized lessons-learned template and pilot knowledge-sharing sessions, ensuring that key insights from cooperation projects are retained and utilized effectively. This project can serve as a scalable model for public organizations across various sectors, helping them capture, retain, and transfer institutional knowledge. By establishing structured knowledge-sharing mechanisms, it enhances organizational learning, improves decision-making, and ensures continuity in areas such as international cooperation, public administration, policy implementation, and project management. -
